  • Qualification in Counselling Psychology via The British Psychological Society’s Independent Route.
  • MSc in Psychological Therapies in Primary Care, University of Dundee.
  • Affiliate School of Psychology, University​ of Glasgow.
  • Guest lecturer at University of Glasgow & University of Strathclyde. 
  • Developed & deliver 'Trauma Awareness' & 'Mental health & working from home during Covid-19' webinars for ASLEF, Scottish Union Learning, UNISON & The Scottish Government with Dr Nicola Cogan, Clinical Psychologist/Lecturer, University of Strathclyde. 
  • Visiting Senior Fellow, Congenital Cardiac Research Centre, University of Suffolk.
  • Over ten years experience working for NHS Fife Psychology Department in a Primary Care Mental Health Team & five years in independent practice.
