Therapy

Psychological therapy offers a confidential, safe & supportive relationship with a qualified professional.

At times we can experience problems with our thoughts, feelings or relationships. We may find ourselves repeatedly in difficult situations or that we are not getting what we want out of life, & feel stuck.

My approach is individualised for each client & I work collaboratively with them, drawing on more than ten years’ experience working in the NHS & extensive training in a variety of psychological theories, approaches, frameworks & techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

Available on a Thursday, in the afternoon or evening, £90 per hourly session.

What is Counselling Psychology?

Counselling psychologists work collaboratively with people experiencing a diverse range of difficulties, including mental health problems & life issues. They use a holistic approach to understand the individual’s unique life experience & to empower their recovery, improve psychological functioning & alleviate distress.
